  Not very good customer service. You buy something and if there are any issues, they stand aside and have this "not my problem" look on their face and they are unwilling. The selection is fine, but I go into stores for service. If I didn't care about service, I'd just buy it online.

  My 9 year-old son and I frequent this store because it is about 2 miles from our house. Most of the time we don't buy anything, but just stop in to look around and chat about video games. My son loves looking at all the Pokemon stuff and for whatever reason playing the demo of Super Smash Bros is better than playing at home. What I particularly like about this store is that it is kind of like going into Cheers. At least two of the associates there greet me by name. I have received a lot of great counsel when considering purchases. They know me, they know what I like, and based on their extensive knowledge of video games they always steer me well. Yes, you can get better prices online. But if you catch stuff on a sale you can do quite well here, particularly during their regular buy 2, get 1 promotions on used games. I highly recommend this store.
