  We just built a new house and decided to go with CPI because of the excellent follow up and follow through. Adam Rodriguez at CPI specifically has been a huge help with getting everything set up. We met him at a home show 6 months prior to building our house and he kept up with our information and reached out to us to ensure that we had the best security system. He even texted with us knowing our schedules are difficult to talk on the phone and came to our house twice to make sure we got what was best for us! He was able to find the best deals to make our bill more cost effective too. I’ve only had to call into customer service and couple of times and even then they were great. We have set off the alarm on accident once and they immediately rang in and made sure we were safe and secure! I would highly recommend CPI for anyone who needs security and thank you to Adam for providing excellent customer service.
