  I cannot say enough positive things about the wonderful experience my daughter and I had shopping at Bridal Boutique and the excellent service we received from the owner and sales person. Bridal boutique was the first salon my daughter visited before embarking on a three month journey looking for different designers and bigger ballgowns. We returned twice to Bridal Boutique to see if they could get a dress we were interested in and both times the knowledgeable owner was able to get the gown in question but also took time to suggest a gown that looked almost identical to the one we were interested in but was a more reasonable price. There was never a hard sell but there was personalized attention and the sales person had an excellent eye for what my daughter liked and look good in. At the end we purchased the second dress my daughter had ever tried on which was the gown the sales person had initially suggested!! I also want to add that they do alterations at a flat rate of $200. This was such an added bonus and unexpected as I had heard stories of alterations costing almost as much as the bridal gown itself. I recommend this place highly!!

  I went for a bridesmaids appointment, and was very underwhelmed. They had a good selection, and I realize they are renovating right now, but the women working the shop acted like they would rather be anywhere else, and didn't want to help us. Hopefully they are more attentive to brides than bridesmaids. It was a very weird experience.
